From a design to something you can wear
Many products on Damyth are customized and made to order. Some come from creators; others come directly from manufacturing suppliers without a separate creator.
Creators
Create and publish designs or customizable items.
Manufacturing suppliers
Prepare and manufacture the physical items you order.
Damyth
Provides the marketplace, customization tools and order workflows that connect the process.
How it works
Choose
Browse a design or customizable item.
Customize
Personalize colors, graphics, names, numbers or other options supported by the item.
Review
Check your design, sizes, quantities, production information and current cart price. For creator items, cart and checkout distinguish the creator from the manufacturing supplier.
Order
Review checkout details and complete payment through the checkout flow.
Production
The manufacturing supplier prepares and produces your order. Timing depends on the supplier and current production demand; your order may wait before production begins.
Shipping
The supplier ships the completed order. Check your order for tracking and delivery information where available.
Need help with an order?
Use order messaging to communicate. If something is wrong, use the formal Report an Issue action when eligible and follow the order’s instructions and deadline. A message alone does not open a formal Issue.
