Welcome to Damyth. These Terms explain how to use our customizable-apparel marketplace and what to expect when customizing and ordering an item. Read them together with our Privacy Notice and Order Issues & Refunds policy.
1. About Damyth
Damyth provides the marketplace, customization tools and order workflows that connect customers, creators and manufacturing suppliers.
- Customers choose, customize and order products.
- Creators design or publish items offered through Damyth.
- Manufacturing suppliers prepare, manufacture and ship physical products.
- Damyth supports the platform, payment coordination, communications and order-resolution processes.
Some items are supplier-owned and have no separate creator. The item and checkout information identify the relevant production roles. These role descriptions explain how the service works; they do not determine the legal contracting status of each participant.
2. Limited beta
Damyth is currently in limited beta. Product selection and availability may be limited, and features may evolve. Outside supplier onboarding is not part of the initial beta. Beta operation does not remove applicable customer protections or the order policies described here.
3. Your account
Customers sign in using an email one-time code or Google authentication. Keep your account and contact information accurate, protect access to your email and Google account, and do not share verification codes or let someone else use your session without permission. Sign out on shared devices and contact Damyth if you suspect unauthorized access.
Account restrictions or deactivation may prevent further use and revoke active sessions. They do not automatically erase records of existing transactions or end outstanding order responsibilities. Our Privacy Notice explains the distinction between deactivation and deletion.
4. Customizable and made-to-order products
Available options depend on the item. They may include artwork, colors, text, names, numbers, sizes, quantities, rosters and production instructions. Not every item supports every option.
Before ordering, carefully review your selected item, customization, sizes, quantities, roster, instructions, shipping information and total. Use the available order tools if clarification is needed. Reviewing your submission does not remove remedies for errors attributable to Damyth or a supplier, or rights that otherwise apply.
5. Artwork and other customer content
Provide artwork, logos, trademarks, names and other content only when you have the appropriate rights or permission to use it for the requested product. Your submissions are used to provide the customization and order services, including preparation and manufacture where applicable.
Damyth may restrict content that is unlawful, unauthorized or incompatible with the requested product or platform operation. Avoid submitting unnecessary personal information about yourself or others.
6. Prices and checkout totals
Depending on the item, the customer price may include production, fabric, a creator-related amount and a Damyth service fee, with applicable discounts. Shipping is charged separately where applicable. Review the displayed item prices, shipping charges and checkout total before paying.
A price can change while an item remains in your cart. Damyth may require you to review and accept the updated price before checkout. Later catalog price changes do not rewrite the recorded prices and allocations of a committed paid purchase.
7. Payment and Payment Review
Payment is handled through supported providers such as PayMongo. Follow the payment flow provided at checkout. Damyth uses validated provider evidence to confirm payment; a browser redirect or screenshot alone does not establish successful payment.
Late or inconsistent payment evidence may enter Payment Review instead of normal order processing. Follow the status and instructions shown in your account. A review is not itself confirmation of an order or a completed refund. The current hosted payment integration does not collect or store your full card number or CVV in Damyth.
8. Production time and queues
Manufacturing duration applies once production begins. Preparation, clarification, queue waiting and shipping are separate. Working-day estimates follow the supplier's schedule; larger quantities may require additional production time or cycles.
Capacity and demand information is advisory. High demand can add waiting before production starts. A displayed queue estimate or an extended-wait acknowledgement does not reserve a production slot or guarantee a ready or delivery date. Normal demand does not promise an immediate start. Read Production & Shipping for details.
9. Shipping and delivery
The manufacturing supplier dispatches the physical items. Transit is separate from manufacturing, and items made by different suppliers may ship separately with separate status and tracking information.
Check Orders for available tracking and delivery updates. Preparation, production workload and transit conditions can affect timing. Timing information is guidance, not a guaranteed arrival date.
10. Cancellations and inability to fulfill
Eligible unpaid checkouts can be cancelled through the available checkout actions. For a paid order, use the cancellation request process when available. The request is reviewed, and the production stage can affect the platform actions available; submitting a request does not itself cancel the order.
If a supplier cannot fulfill an order, the supplier-inability process can cancel the affected supplier group and establish a refund obligation. A cancellation request, cancellation approval and completed refund are different events. Check the recorded refund status rather than assuming an approved cancellation means money has already returned.
These platform steps do not declare that customized products can never be cancelled under applicable law.
11. Reporting an order Issue
Use Report an Issue on the relevant order when eligible. Ordinary order messages or a general support enquiry do not formally open an Issue.
The current Damyth platform protection period is 42 hours following the delivery or receipt recorded for the applicable supplier fulfillment group. The order's recorded delivery evidence controls this period. Review the deadline shown on your order and provide useful details, photos, videos or other relevant evidence promptly.
The current ordinary Issue process allows one customer Issue per supplier fulfillment group, including where an earlier Issue has closed. Customers and suppliers can respond through the structured workflow. Ask Damyth to Review becomes available according to that workflow. An Issue opened in time can continue after the protection window expires; expiry does not automatically close an unresolved Issue.
See the Order Issues & Refunds policy for responses, outcomes and separate replacement follow-up procedures. This platform process is not intended to remove rights otherwise available under applicable law.
12. Refunds
The applicable resolution may provide a full or partial refund. Refund required, approved, processing and completed are distinct states. Approval alone does not mean the money has been returned.
Damyth records completed refund evidence separately from the obligation to refund. A partial refund is not a full refund; Fully Refunded means completed refunds cover the full refundable paid amount for the relevant scope. Check your order or payment-review information for the recorded outcome and contact Damyth if the status and your payment records appear inconsistent. No fixed reimbursement timeframe is promised here.
13. Replacements
Where a Full Replacement is agreed or decided through the applicable workflow, it covers the original items within the affected supplier fulfillment group, using the recorded purchase scope. It is not a new customer sale and does not automatically include other suppliers' items.
A replacement may need further production and shipping time. Follow its own progress and any available replacement-problem instructions. Full Replacement does not promise a partial-replacement option in every case or automatically create a new ordinary protection window.
14. Responsible use
Do not use Damyth for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere maliciously with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unauthorized content, or misuse another person's information. Use order and Issue tools honestly and provide relevant, accurate information.
15. Platform and account actions
Damyth may reasonably restrict accounts, content, items or actions for security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement or platform operation. A restriction does not itself cancel existing financial or order responsibilities, erase transaction evidence or forfeit funds. Existing obligations remain subject to their applicable workflows and legal requirements.
16. Changes to Damyth and these Terms
Features may evolve during beta. These Terms are versioned, and Damyth may ask you to accept a new version before continuing to use affected account features. Historical versions and acceptance evidence are retained. A new version does not silently create acceptance on your behalf or rewrite previously recorded acceptance.
17. Contact
Our designated support address is support@damyth.com. The public support channel is being prepared for beta. For an existing order, use the available account tools; use Report an Issue, rather than an ordinary message, when a formal Issue is needed and eligible. See Help & Contact for current contact availability.
18. Applicable legal rights
These Terms operate alongside rights and obligations that apply under applicable law. Nothing in the platform's deadlines, review steps or descriptions of available actions is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
